Training management

In the GxP environment, training management refers to the systematic planning, organisation, and administration of training and further education for employees working in regulated areas such as GMP, GLP, or GCP. Training management ensures that all employees have the necessary knowledge and skills to carry out their tasks according to legal requirements and internal standards.

In the GxP environment, training management is crucial to ensure that employees have the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their tasks in accordance with regulatory requirements. This includes planning and organizing training on topics such as Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and Good Clinical Practice (GCP), but also on specific procedures, techniques and new regulations.

Effective training management ensures that training needs (skills) are identified, training plans are developed and training is carried out to ensure compliance and the quality and safety of products or services. It also includes the documentation of training activities and the evaluation of training effectiveness to ensure that employees remain up to date and have the necessary expertise to perform their tasks responsibly.
